Which fruits need bagging, and the advantages and disadvantages of fruit bagging
Most fruit bags are designed for single use, especially paper and plastic bags. Mesh bags can be cleaned and reused if they remain in good condition, otherwise, they should be disposed of properly.
If done at the right time, bagging does not affect fruit ripening. In fact, it helps protect the fruit during the ripening process from adverse environmental conditions.
Fruit bags can be made from paper, plastic, or mesh materials. Paper bags are breathable and prevent moisture buildup; plastic bags provide better environmental isolation; and mesh bags offer good ventilation and pest protection. The choice of material depends on the fruit type and growing conditions.
Bagging should be carried out 30 to 50 days after flowering and implemented as soon as possible after fruit thinning. If the second bagging of individual varieties is implemented, the small bag should be bagged on the 25th day after the flower falls, and the big bag should be bagged after 30 days. As mentioned above, the fruit point formation period starts 20 days after the flower falls. If the bagging is too late, the fruit point has been formed, and the effect of bagging rust prevention and making the fruit point shallow will be reduced. For some reason, the bagging is late, and the bagging is only 45 to 60 days after the flowers fall. Although the surface of the fruit without bagging is cleaner, the fruit points are slightly larger and deeper. In other words, although evening bagging also has a certain effect, it has not received the best results.
Apple bagging can not only promote fruit coloring, reduce fruit rust, and protect the fruit surface, but also reduce pests and diseases and prevent pests from invading the fruit. At the same time, it can reduce the pesticide residues of the apple and increase the yield of fruit.
Grape bagging is generally carried out as soon as possible after the first fruit thinning of the ears and avoid the high-temperature weather after the rain. The bagging time should not be too late.
Generally, grape varieties should be bagged 10-15 days before harvest to improve the light and air permeability conditions to promote fruit coloring. Smart daylight grape bagging does not need to be so cumbersome. It is directly bagged for coloring, and the ripening speed is fast. Economic benefits.
Pay attention to the following points:
1.Knife handle-shaped three-dimensional structure, tightly sealed with tie wire, especially resistant to wind and rain.
2.The paper is soft and the iron wire has moderate hardness. High bagging efficiency.
3.Good air permeability, good moisture permeability, and promote fruit growth.
4.Moderate light transmittance can better promote coloring, increase sugar content, and promote early maturity.
5.It must have good waterproof performance, higher continuous effect, and more wind and rain resistance.
6.Treated with special insect repellent, it can prevent pests more effectively.
